RCP - Technik GmbH & Co KG was founded in March 2007 and markets its products under the brand Rollei (digital cameras, camcorders, action camcorder, digital picture frame, slide film scanners and accessories). Since January 2010 RCP-Technik GmbH & Co. KG has been the owner of the Rollei brand.
The brand acquisition included the brand's worldwide trademark rights and is a groundbreaking step for the company’s international activities in the future.

RCP already has been distributing its products in 17 countries: Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, UK, Sweden, France, Portugal, Greece, Malta, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Finland, Hungary and Turkey, and has supported the international business by establishing two subsidiaries in Hungary and Turkey.
